Our Cellar

Le Petit Manoir :

The clay-limestone terroir of the Saint-Cyprien hillsides, cultivated using organic farming, gives rise to this unique wine—fruity, silky, powerful, and complex.

Vintage currently available: 2020

Made from 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, available in 75 cl bottles and magnums. As always, the grapes are hand-harvested.

A cold pre-fermentation maceration lasting several days gives the wine its intense and voluptuous fruitiness. The iron-rich clays of the soil bring a clear and lively expression. Finally, one year of aging in terracotta jars concentrates its aromas of red fruits and gives it a delicious roundness, while the tannins remain supple and silky.

Very long on the palate, this wine is best enjoyed with a refined gastronomic meal—one meant to be savored slowly.

Les Joualles :

An ancient cultivation method from the Périgord, the joualle alternated rows of vines with fruit trees and small plots of wheat, creating a biodiversity that supported the vineyard’s natural balance. This fruity wine, with complex and powerful aromas, is produced through organic farming and without added sulfites. Unfortunately, it is currently sold out.

Made from 100% Merlot, and always hand-harvested.

The wine is aged entirely in stainless steel tanks for eight months. A cold pre-fermentation maceration lasting several days gives it an intense fruitiness, accompanied by a subtle spicy note. The iron-rich clays of the soil bring a clear and lively expression. The tannins are supple and silky.

A wine to enjoy with red meats, game, or spicy dishes—but above all, to share every day with friends.
